Perfect for a quick getaway

This hotel was really good. The reception staff were attentive and extra helpful, including organising at short notice the shuttle bus to meet us at the airport. The pool was lovely and nicely shaded all afternoon.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the pool and the breakfast. The staff went above and beyond, especially Mr Sabiri and Ms. Kant, who made our stay special. The outdoor swimming pool and comfy sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after our travels. One minor hiccup was waiting a bit longer than expected for the shuttle, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience! 😊

We enjoyed our two-night stay, especially the diverse breakfast options and helpful staff. The pool area was a relaxing escape. Although the kettle in our room malfunctioned, the prompt assistance from reception made our experience seamless. A fantastic base for exploring nearby attractions!

The lobby was so welcoming, like a warm hug! Everything was fresh and bright, making it easy for me to navigate. Access for seniors was great with elevators conveniently placed to reach all areas effortlessly.

More shuttle services for airport trips would help seniors.

A 15-night stay highlighted excellent cleanliness maintained by the diligent housekeeping team, especially Keshab, who was consistently friendly and helpful. The professional staff ensured smooth check-in and check-out procedures, while the breakfast buffet offered delicious options, including miso soup. Access to nearby stores made convenience a plus, although impulse purchases could be misleading with an unmonitored trash setup in the rooms.

Staff provided excellent service, especially during breakfast with ample options. Unfortunately, the shuttle service arrivals were inconsistent and stressful.

Great staff and a comfortable stay

My family and I had a lovely stay with cheerful faces greeting us at the reception and throughout the hotel. Our room was clean and cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the great variety offered at breakfast. However, the breakfast space felt a bit cramped and we had to wait in line for food, which could use some improvement.

The service was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a good variety, especially the baked goods. Location was convenient for my plans. My room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.

I loved the perfect proximity to the airport! It was so convenient. The check-in was smooth and the room was super clean. The only downside was the pool hours—wish it stayed open later.
